I thought this was amusing!

I had an epiphany while working out today. Most typical days working out, I struggle with frequent dizziness. Note that I also work out in my basement under florescent lighting. I got rid of my migraines!

Hi to all, I lived with migraines for years, many years. Last year (2006), I saw six medical doctors, 3 surgeons, three physical therapists and finally, one pain management doctor was added, the drs. thinking it was all in my head I guess.
