Tips for dealing with side effect of Fatigue

I had an episode of Status Migrainosus 18 months ago and have been on Topomax, protriptyline, and metoprolol on a daily basis since.  I have been able to manage the side effects for the most part but some days the fatigue is so bad I have trouble getting out of bed.  Does anyone know of a good all natural long lasting energy booster.... Read moreChevron

Frustration and Feelings of Helplessness

 I'm on my 4th migraine in a week's time.  They come in clusters around my period and last for several days.  It's quite discouraging.  I think about the fact that I'm only 46 and take multiple medications just to try and manage this condition!
