"Abortive Meds" dont work....now what do I do??

So....I have been dealing with migraines for 5 weeks now....so I'm a "newbie". To date, I have tried Imitrex, Maxalt, Relpax, Zomig....none of them work. Having a bad spell, seeing a new doctor
