Regular migraines & occassionally silent migraine

I'm feeling much better now but had a pretty bad migraine last night. I've felt it coming on for a couple of days (mild-controlled fairly well by Tylenol), but last night it came on full force. Menstaul migraine and Lyme disease

living with almost daily migraine pain for over 24 years now.

The only thing that I take for migraine pain is one or two Extra-Strength-Tylenol per day if the pain if severe.  If I take anymore than that I feel terrible. Me and drugs don't mix at all. I find that lying down in a dark room is about the only thing that eases the pain. Thankfully, I have been able to stay home while my husband works... Read moreChevron

I have been living with migraines since I was 7. I am 50 now. I have tried many thigns to help myself live with migraines, but to date the best I have found is a homeopathic formulation called Migra Spray. I buy it on line, and it helps.
