Update on Doctor visit

I went for ultrasound yesterday of area were I had the blood clot, which I had to have my Port-A-Cath removed in Jan. Everything looked good, so I am scheduled to have a new Port placed on April 11th. I have to remain on Coumadin therapy for some time longer. Insurance coverage for Botox

What's the deal? My insurance company will cover the cost of Botox but not to have it injected. What do they expect me to do with it-smear it on?
