Long migraine break

dealing with migraines at the workplace

One of my problems at work is co-workers wearing perfumes.  This is one of my triggers.  I found that peppermint oil on a cottonball at my desk helps to mask others perfume.  It is also relaxing for me.  I have even put a few drops on the light bulb on my desk light. I been living with migraines for 15 years

Since 2 years ago they got worse my neurologists keep telling me that it's nothing else that they can do.
