Long migraine break

I see my migraine MD at the end of November so I started keeping a diary again. I don't keep one year round, just a couple of months before a visit. dealing with migraines at the workplace

One of my problems at work is co-workers wearing perfumes. This is one of my triggers. I found that peppermint oil on a cottonball at my desk helps to mask others perfume. It is also relaxing for me. I been living with migraines for 15 years
