Any longtime migraine sufferers out there who managed to get off ergotomines after years of use? I know, bite the bullet, but it's so painful. Lyrica once worked for a month, no headaches at all, but they returned. My self-diagnosis after 41 years of daily episodes is  "rebound headaches." Any suggestions appreciated.

Neck pain and migraines

I have a disc problem c5-C6 and I had it fixed with Laser surgery. At first, it felt better. Now it's so painful. My neck hurts all the time.
