I went to my nurologest yesterday, when I left I was completely dumbfounded and upset. daily migrains

I am 30 yrs old and have migrains on a daily basis. I often wonder why i get these dang migrain headaches? I have talked with my DR. and they tell me it is hereditry, my mother, sister,me,my grandmother and my aunt get these stupid headaches all day and most of us get these things 5-7 days a week. Life Interrupted
