Looking for ANY advice on Vestibular Migraines

Hi all :) I'm new to this website but I'm open to ANY answers regarding vestibular migraines. I don't wanna take any meds so I'm really more interested in home remedies. I've read articles about apple cider vinegar and vitamins. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated

I did it. I finally had to leave the neurologist I was seeing and head back to the one I was with before. I am not thrilled with this decision but I don't have much choice. Something in the Air?

This has been a bad month for me. I've had 5 migraines (w/aura). Two at the beginning of the month, one in the middle, and two more this week.
