Update on Doctor visit

I went for ultrasound yesterday of area were I had the blood clot, which I had to have my Port-A-Cath removed in Jan. Everything looked good, so I am scheduled to have a new Port placed on April 11th. I have to remain on Coumadin therapy for some time longer. Help! I'm moving to a new state and need help finding a new doctor before I need refills on my meds

Although I read the forum, I've never contributed. I'm moving to a new state and neither of my doctors could recommend anyone. I take 3 different narcotics plus a host of other meds.
