Neck pain and migraines

I have a disc problem c5-C6 and I had it fixed with Laser surgery. At first, it felt better. Now it's so painful. My neck hurts all the time. rainy night, of course theres pain...hospital time!

I work 3x a week as a nurse 7p-8a. My headaches always get better from 1-4pm, I have *no idea* why. If you have to call out sick you have to call out by 430-5pm. Yahoo! I am not going crazy! (I think..)

Icepicks, TMJ, and a migraine can ruin a week. Do auras include an astute awareness of surroundings? Like things are really clear, or loud, intense?
