Migraine auras of muscle tics??

Recently I have been experiencing frequent tics in my right eye, left thumb and right thigh.  I have also had an increase in the frequency of my migraines.  My usual auras are olfactory and anomic aphasia.  Has anyone else had or heard of tics being associated with migraines?
