Anti-nausea med helped my headache?

I woke up today with a headache (again). I came to work hoping I could beat it. As the morning went on, my head hurt worse. I took 2 Tylenol (I'm working on quitting this, already quit Excedrin 2+ weeks ago! yay me!) and it didn't help a darn bit. A Healthy Focus

Focus It's harder than we think. We are so easily distracted and med-induced as well as pain-induced brain fog doesn't help much either. So how do we stay focused? How do we NOT focus on the pain and instead focus on life? Thoughts?

Menstaul migraine and Lyme disease

Basal migraine
