Tips for dealing with side effect of Fatigue

I had an episode of Status Migrainosus 18 months ago and have been on Topomax, protriptyline, and metoprolol on a daily basis since. I have been able to manage the side effects for the most part but some days the fatigue is so bad I have trouble getting out of bed. Midrid- Has anyone tried and where to buy?

Luckyandrelieved on mymigrianeconnection.com told me about this Midrid. Has anyone else tried this? I'm looking for replacement for The Midrin Family when I run out. Checking around for other Migraine relief.
