It could be a migraine but since you have been waking up them you may br grinding your teeth a night. Or, it could as simple a finding better pillows. If you are not sleeping well you may need darker curtains for your rooms.  With this HA going for so long you you may want to your MD again. He/She give you some names of neuro doctor. I have had migraines for a LONG time and what works for some can make others worse.l You are in my thought and I am sending good feelings towaed you.
