i have to take kenlogg shots for ra arthritis 200mg every month i have skiped 1month i have severeheadaces throwing up 3to5hours a day once every 2weeks

Sorry, but I'm not sure I understand? Are these episodes of headaches and vomiting related to the Kenalog?
Have you talked with your doctor about these headaches? Have they been diagnosed?
Without more information, it's difficult to know what to suggest to you other than talking to your doctor.
