Hello;   In the studies done to date, the damage seems to be "silent" or "subclinical," presenting no symptoms. There is still a great deal to learn, and of course, these studies can't begin to represent everyone with Migraine disease.   I'm sorry, but I can't explain the lesions you're finding. Nobody can explain them via the Internet. If your doctor can't explain them, it may be time to consult a Migraine specialist.
