How do you find a doctor that is willing to help you? I live in North Texas

I have seen several nuro doctors. The last one did a 3 month detox plan where I did not take anything and I did not go to the E.R for help. I did the 3 month detox and when I returned to the doctor, he said that there was nothing else he could do for me and said to go back to my PCP. The doctor I...
