This is difficult to answer without knowing more about you and your Migraines. Some people do fine with their family doctor or a neurologist, but neurologists aren't necessarily Migraine specialists.

If you decide a specialist in needed, this site has a directory of patient recommended specialists you can browse through here - http://www.healthcentral.com/migraine/headache-specialists.html
You can also search through the *Doctors & Clinics* folder in the forum to see if anyone has mentioned doctors in your area, or post there and see if anyone has recommendations.
