How often should MRI be done?

Am I just being paronoid? But why don't my doctors want to do any more tests? I had a MRI done last February and it found nothing, I've I CT & spinal taps also in the past. I have been diagnose with migraines for the past 3 years now, does that mean the testing just ends??? Do I...
