and twice i had right arm pain keep me up all night? should i be worried? i'm 25yr female. the headaches tend to pulsate and rubbing the back of the head tends to soothe it a little. advil stopped the arm pain.

Hi Itayl103,
Are you eating anything different that may be triggering your head pain? Going to bed too late, getting up too early, not enough sleep, or too much sleep?
As far as the arm pain goes, you may want to talk to your doctor about that, because it isn't our area of expertise.
