Q: migraine, tingling hand, cold hand and problems talking

last night i had what started as a typical migraine.  Started on left side behind my eye.  Pretty soon, it escalated to freezing hands and my left hand started tingling then felt numbish.  I was talking to someone and could not find the right words to complete a simple sentence.  This went on for about 20 minutes.  Words finally came back but still had headache.  This morning I have a dull headache that won't go away.

boq13,

All of the symptoms you describe could be attributed to a Migraine attack. Take a look at Anatomy of a Migraine for information about the phases of a Migraine and their potential symptoms.

However, when our Migraines change and we have new symptoms, we need to check with our doctors to be sure that everything checks out OK.

Good luck,

Teri
