Q: is there any type of alcoholic beverage I can drink that won't trigger my migraines?

Melissa,

 

Unfortunately, the only way to know is to try. Triggers differ greatly from one Migraineur to the next. Supposedly, "white" alcoholic beverages such as white wine, vodka, etc., are less likely to be triggers.

I cannot drink any alcohol right now, but for a time I was able to drink sake (Japanese rice wine) without triggering a migraine.
