diasease.. was on imitrex till i got hi blood pressure.... tried fioricet, no help..doc is calling in tyl/codiene .. doesnt sound too promising... Do you think I need the ER..  This is way too much to handle.. keeping a tight pillow over my head for 4 days now.. slight vomiting....  Helppppppp

The answers given to you on your first question were right on target. Migraine lasting more than 72 hours without a solid four-hour break is status Migrainous, as one of the members told you and gave you a link for reference.

 

Hopefully, you've been to the doctor and are feeling better by now. If not, please DO get yourself to the doctor. Your own doctor is much better than the ER.
