Ive had a migraine for 4 days now, on topomax,and going through menopause. also have hypothryoid dis

diasease.. was on imitrex till i got hi blood pressure.... tried fioricet, no help..doc is calling in tyl/codiene .. doesnt sound too promising... Do you think I need the ER.. This is way too much to handle.. keeping a tight pillow over my head for 4 days now.. slight vomiting.... ...
