I have had a moderate to severe headache off and on for more than 4 months. (It rollercoasters from a constant 3-4 (on a scale of 10) to 8-9 and truly incapacitating. I will have a headache build over the course of a week or so until I have a spontaneous nosebleed (usually while eating). The nosebleed lasts only a minute or two. Post-nosebleed, the headache is usually noticably less severe. It seems like the nosebleeds act as a pressure relief valve. Any ideas if there is a connection?
