No, this is not accurate. Nothing can cure neuropathy or restless leg syndrome. Topamax is, however, one medication that is sometimes prescribed to help treat them.
We have quite a bit of information here about Topamax for Migraine and headache, but for information about Topamax as a treatment for neurpathy, you'll probably find more information on MyDiabetesCentral.com. For information about Topamax as a treatment for restless leg syndrome, try MySleepCentral.com.

For me Lyrica helps much much better. I am also on Mirapex. The Mirapex is pretty good at controling the restless leg feeling. Lyrica helps with that awful pain in your legs that sometimes wakes me up. It is an odd pain to try and explain. I will say that for being so hard to identify it sure can be painfull. That is neuropothy that I am speaking of.
Doesn't mean it will help you. Speak with your doc about this in hopes that there will be some type med(s) that will help with the pain.
