Q: aspirin when you believe your headache is moving into hemiplegic migraine, will prevent stroke?

If you have history of hemiplegic migraine and HP Migraine with stroke, Is there any evidence that taking aspirin when you believe your headache is moving into hemiplegic migraine, will prevent stroke?

Not that I'm aware of at this time. But if your doctor has recommended a certain course of action, please follow that.
