Hi Matt!   As I understand from your question, you are only getting these Migraines while sleeping and you've never had a Migraine while awake?   I just want to make sure I got that right....   The only advise I can give you is to talk with your doctor. Something like this needs to be discussed, especially if you have paralysis type symptoms going on.   We have a list of Migraine and Headache Specialists here on the site that may help you find someone.   Good Luck!
