Hi Lei!   Usually when a migraineur is experiencing "waking with migraines" it could be their sleep pattern. Are you getting enough well rested, uninteruppted sleep?   If this is a new pattern for you, you need to speak with your doctor.   Are you currently on preventive medication? Maybe something needs to be changed or adjusted.   Are you waking with migraines or a regular headache? Is it a Tension Headache?   You may also want to start keeping a headache diary, if you are not doing so already. This will help your doctor give you the best treatment by having an exact count of when you get your migraines and how often.   And, if you are getting migraines every day, it is possible you are in either MOH (medication overuse headache), if you are treating with OTC, triptans and other medications too freqently, or Status Migrainous if you are not getting at least a 4 hour break in pain (not including sleep) and this has lasted for more then 72 hours.   Your best bet would be call your neurologist or headache specialist if this is a new pattern.   Good luck!
