I live in Maine and have had migraine since I was eight. I just started Topamax 4 weeks ago and I can't eat because of the stomach pain. I am so frustrated I want to give up.

We have a list of of Patient Recommended Migraine and Headache Specialists you can look at but unfortunately none in Maine. There are some fine Migraine specialists in CT and NYC. It's important to note that neurologists aren't necessarily Migraine and headache specialists. You may want to take a look at the article Migraine and Headache Specialists - What's So Special?
How much Topamax are you taking? This is one medication that needs to be tapered up slowly. We have more information about Topamax in Dosage and Tapering Topamax for Migraine Prevention.
