Is it normal to still have a migraine that last more than 72 hours?

I am a migraine sufferer.  I have been now since December of 2007.  I get them every month and they last most of the most of the month.  I have been going to a neurologist but he only prescribes Tramadol and Topamax for migraines. They don't seem to be getting any better.  I…
