Could hair loss be a side effect of topamax?

I have been taking it for about a year now and have started to notice a very significant change in texture and thickness.

I had a problen with hair loss the first year I was on Topamax, but it has stopped now. I have been on Topamax 50mgs. 1xday for 3 years.
