I have constant headaches (for 7 weeks) and a feeling of heavy pressure in my head. I have a noise in my head that sounds like 4-5 very strong pulse beats and often get a "Door slam" sound. ALso have a strange taste in mouth that is metallic and bitter at times. Do I need to see a nuerologist immediately?

Absolutely, you need to see a doctor as soon as possible. This kind of situation cannot be addressed by anyone via the Internet.
