can taking a low dose of aspirin daily prevent migraine?

Stephen,

 

I know of no evidence that low-dose daily aspirin helps with Migraine prevention. We do know that taking aspirin for Migraine pain more than two or three days a week can lead to medication overuse headache, aka rebound.
