My son 13 getting headaches with naseau, vomitting, confusion, starts with vision changes..

Is this a migraine? His body temp dropped to 95 rectally and was in and out of consciousness. Only responded to pain. Seen in the ER and now 10 days later another episode only not quite as severe and back in the ER. All test eg CAT scan, blood, Spinal Tap came back...
