Hi William
Acephalgic (silient) Migraine is basically a Migraine attack without the headache phase. This article will explains things a bit clearer; Acephalgic or Silent Migraine - The Basics.
Having said that, after a Migraine attack, postdrome (the past phase) can last up to 48 hours. Symptoms during prodrome can include but are not limited to: feeling "hung over'', general fatigue, not being able to concentrate well, lower intellect levels or in some cases a feeling of euphoria. They symptoms you are stating typically have gone away by this time in an attack.
Sometimes, depending on the symptoms, only a doctor can tell the difference. That's why it's important to contact your doctor when you have symptoms that are different, severe, or frightening. Please contact your doctor and discuss the extended symptoms you are having. If Migraine related, these symptoms would be gone by now.
Please let us know how you make out, ok?
Nancy
