Iris,   I don't know of any direct connection between these two conditions.   Something you might consider is finding a Migraine specialist to see, then having that specialist consult with your cardiologist, especially on medications. When&size;you get those two doctors together, they may be able to help you find medications that would help prevent Migraines while treating the atrial fib.   It's important to note that neurologists aren't necessarily Migraine and headache specialists.
