Thanks Teri -   I have so many triggers, it's almost impossible to avoid everything. Any stimulus overload or a major change is one of my senses like, turning on a bright light in a dark room, walking into the cold from the heat, etc.   Looking at computer monitors does it also and I teach computer classes at a high school. I don't know how to manage other than with meds.    I took Topamax at first which worked pretty well, but I was so out of it, I got off. Lately, I was put on Inberal which kept me up all night. We have now switched to Pamelor and so far, no side effects with this one. As far as triptans go, I first tried Maxalt (severe chest pains,) then Frova (fine 2 years ago, but now chest pains) and now Zomig. It worked well the other night and no chest pain, so I'm hopeful.   I am 39 years old and have always been relatively healthy. Migraines only started 2 1/2 years ago after my 2nd year of teaching high school. Lately, I've been experience stomach aches as well (with and without migraine) and I'm keeping a diary to see if I notice any trends. I'm wondering about gluten sensitivity....   I am constantly fatigued - have to take a nap every day after school. I don't know why things have been changing over the last few years, but a new symptoms are seeming to come relatively fast now. I'm not really sure who to go to in order to get things figured out.   The OB/Gyn will only want to treat the menstrual problems, the neuro only addresses the headaches, and I'm afraid the Internal Med will simply say I have IBS, etc.   My thyroid is always on the borderline for hypo, so I get that test every 6 months. I have regularly low blood pressure and temp.   Anyway, sorry for rambling...thanks for your support and comments. :)   Melanie
