What's it mean when the headaches stop for 22 years and then suddenly reappear?

From 1980 through 1986 I would get migraines every 4 months.  They stopped completely.  3 weeks ago I had my first one in 22 years, and what's worse is that I just had another one yesterday (which I can still feel behind my left eye when I move my head).   I suppose my concern is,...
