Food triggers vary from person to person.
What triggers you, may not trigger someone else with migraines. The best way to find out if a food is a trigger, is keep a headache diary with details of what foods you ate when you had a migraine attack, or we have a workbook available also with how to help identify your food triggers.

I get them from eating white chocolate which is not even real chocolate as it's made from cocoa butter which I think is what triggers mine when I eat it.
Funny thing is that regular chocolate and dark chocolate are suppose to cause them but I guess it depends on the person.
I know caffiene and stress can cause them.
