Hi kimmybbo,   Anytime we have a change in our symptoms is it important to discuss them with our doctor. A call to him would be in order.   Acephalgic or silent Migraine is a type of Migraine where there is no headache phase, but you get all the other sypmtoms of a Migraine. You may also want to discuss this with your doctor.
