Q: should i be worried about "enlarged ventricles"?

I have been having migraines for a long while.  But never used to have them very often so the doc just had me take abortive meds for awhile.  Then this past summer I was down with a monster of a migraine that induced vomiting, disorientation and the pins and needles feeling in my arms to the elbow,I was then put on amitriptalene (sp) but found I couldn't function at all, so was then put on topiramate and fluvox as  have a stress issue... and that has been working.. ok.  I was also sent for a CAT scan that showed enlarged ventricles and I am now scheduled for an MRI in about a month. So should I be worried?
