Nobody here can accurately answer this for you. It's not just the Imitrex and acetaminophen that has to be taken into account. The answer to this question must also consider your medical history and ALL other medications you're taking.
A bit of info for you though -- According to some quick research caution should be used if taking tylenol with Imitrex. ALWAYS check with your doctor and/or pharmacist first when you have questions about your medications and doses.

In considering all the different medications for retractable migraines, I have learned that another migraine sufferer is using methodone, and uses oxygen on occassion. She seems completely functional, and told me that since she started on this medical plan with her neurologist, the quality of her life has improved tremendously. How effective is that?
