Rita,   All of the symptoms you list could be Migraine with the exception of tingling and numbness in the backs of the calf. I've never heard of that being associated with Migraine. Is there any history of Migraines, "sick headaches," or sinus headaches in the family? Migraine is genetic, so checking the family history would be helpful.   If I were in your daughter's place, yes, I'd be insisting that return of the cancer be ruled out.   There's an article that lists the possible phases of a Migraine attack and their symtoms that might be helpful to you. Take a look at Anatomy of a Migraine.   Rita, your daughter shouldn't hesitate to get a second opinion if she's not sure of her diagnosis. With her history and current symptoms, consulting a Migraine specialist couldn't hurt. It's important to note that neurologists aren't necessarily Migraine and headache specialists. Take a look at the article Migraine and Headache Specialists - What's So Special? If you need help finding a Migraine specialist, check our listing of Patient Recommended Migraine and Headache Specialists.   I hope all goes well for your daughter, Teri
