Hi Mary, I'm sorry your daughter has been so ill. Do you mean DHE45, Dihyroergotamine? (I've never heard of GHE). This is in a group of medicines called ergot alkaloids and can be used to treat severe Migraines, like Status Migrainous. We have information on Status Migrainous HERE and treatment options HERE.
