hemeplegic migraines i cant cope anymore

52yrs young and feel my life is over, after thirty years of hemeplegic migraines i cant cope no more. my symptons are distorted vision, slured speach, twisted face,numbness to face and limbs,confusion, headaches, memory loss. i have a 11yrs old son and live on my own, i get no warning of my attacks...
