Cheryl, I just checked this with a specialist, and he said you do not necessarily hear a murmur with a PFO. However, please stand by. Some new reports came out today about PFO and Migraine, and you should have this new information. We'll have it up here on the site on Monday (Oct. 13). Thanks!Teri
