I have just signed on to this site. For now really do not have a question...but I wanted to give some support out there, as I have read so much on this site. I know how hard all of this can be, so when your feeling down take a deep breath and remember (as I try to all the time) say to yourself "I try to take one day at a time...but sometimes several day attack me at once" tomorrow can be better. Only a migraine sufferer can truly understand this.
