Hi tunshay,

Sleep issues -- too much, too little, disrupted, or poor quality sleep -- are very common Migraine triggers. When someone wakes with Migraines, sleep issues are often suspected. Take a look at this article for information: Transformed Migraine Related To Sleep Problems.

This video may be useful to: Migraines and Sleep.

I hope it helps,

I HAD THAT PROBLEM FOR A LONG TIME BEFORE I WAS DIAGNOSED WITH A PITUITARY TUMOR. ASK YOUR DOCTOR ABOUT THAT !
